HJ Chemical Centrifugal Pump is a standardized chemical process pump upgraded and innovated by our company based on IH pump. The pump is a single-stage single suction cantilever structure, and its performance parameters comply with the GB/T5662 (equivalent to IS02858) standard. In terms of design, advanced hydraulic models are adopted, which have high efficiency and are 5% higher than IH pumps, making it an energy-saving product. We drew inspiration from the American ANSI standard in structural design, increased the shaft diameter, shortened the cantilever ratio, eliminated the problem of frequent shaft breakage in IH pumps, improved operational stability, and reduced maintenance and operating costs. The 171 series mechanical seals developed by the company based on the American API682 standard have been successfully used in industries such as soda ash, chlor alkali, salt production, phosphorus chemical, metallurgy, and environmental protection, as well as in conditions that are prone to crystallization and have multiple particles. HJ Chemical Centrifugal Pump currently has over 100 specifications, covering almost all chemical process applications under 2.5MPa pressure and 200 ℃ temperature. It is one of the three widely used chemical centrifugal pump series in China, alongside CZ and ZA. Compared with IH pumps, the structure of HJ chemical centrifugal pumps has the following characteristics 1. Shortened the cantilever of the impeller and increased the diameter of the shaft;
2. Asymmetric cross-section volute and pump casing without mouth rings;
3. Using three imported bearings;
4. Equipped with a new type of seal similar to advanced foreign double end mechanical seals or packing seals; Due to the above structure, the pump has the following advantages: 1. It can transport media with high viscosity or solids, and the efficiency of the pump is higher than that of the IH pump;
2. Asymmetric cross-section snail shell reduces fluid impact loss and shortens pump casing size;
3. Increasing the strength of the shaft reduces the deflection of the rotor, resulting in stable operation and long sealing life;
4. The impeller nut is integrated with the impeller, improving the inlet conditions of the pump and enhancing its anti cavitation performance;
5. Advanced shaft seal form ensures better sealing effect and reduces pump leakage;
6. The clearance of the pump can be adjusted without disassembling the pump casing and impeller, reducing maintenance time and saving maintenance costs; Performance parameter table
